3. Allows us to get the application to the local council Offices as quickly as possible, once this task is completed you are protected from prosecution

Although, as you will know, in the Algarve, Portugal the system can be hindered by problems we will always try and get your application into the Council within 6 weeks of your agreeance. The timescale of conclusion is at this time anywhere between one month and months depending upon area.
