When applying for a rental licence in the Algarve, each council will have different additions to the list and occasionally, the list may be altered without notice. However it gives you an idea of what you need in your property to acquire the Licence.

• Bathrooms all in clean and working condition 
• Complaints Book 
• First Aid Kit 
• Instruction manuals for appliances
• Swimming pool Safety Notices
